Margaux
"Don't get me started on what it means to be alive,
You're lying to yourself and yet still you act surprised,
Cause you're scared and can't come to terms with what you are.
The wolves in sheep's clothing will only lead you so far..."

this is me in the flesh,
NAME: Margaux
NICKNAME(S): Mar, Milly
PRONUNCIATION: M-are-go
POSITION: Dominor
taste the sky,
AGE: 2 years
GENDER: Female
BREED: Red Wolf
HEIGHT: 25 inches
APPEARANCE: Margaux is a slender wolf, built for speed. Burning, twinkling, auburn eyes peer from her face, which is a mix of light gray and red. Her snout is predominantly red, graying around her mouth. Her neck and back fade from light to dark, vibrant red hairs intermingling with the gray and black. Her underbelly is a soft cream mixed with gray. She is a bit smaller than most Red Wolves, and her paws seem almost dainty. Her small feet and slender figure are excellent tools for sneaking about.
thoughts that make me go insane,
PERSONALITY: Margaux is a peculiar wolf. She will engage anyone in conversation, so long as she sees a good reason to. Some may call her 'crafty', but she prefers the term 'sly'. She does not always possess an ulterior motive, and genuinely seeks out companionship, but she has been known to withhold information or resources if she deems it beneficial.
She is a driven young wolf, with many aspirations. Her dreams and desires are as fleeting as her feet, constantly changing direction and speed. She can be hard to get used to, but once you break her exterior facade you'll have yourself a loyal friend. The difficult part is convincing her that you're someone she wants around.
all over my shoulder,
FATHER: Eddison
MOTHER: Faynedal
SIBLINGS: None
HISTORY: Margaux was born along with three other pups, but ended up being the runt of the litter. Her first weeks were hard, and her parents were unsure if she would make it. Her father looked upon her with scorn, while her mother loved her just as much as the others.
When she was only a few months old, her parents and siblings were sleeping in their den when a bear sneaked its way inside. Before Eddison realized what was happening, the bear had eaten two of the pups and stepped on another, injuring it severely. Faynedal attacked, desperate to protect the two remaining pups. After a brief skirmish, the bear ran off.
Faynedal was heartbroken, two of her offspring dead, another mortally wounded. But Margaux had escaped unscathed. Thanks to her small size, the bear had deemed her unfit for a meal, and had left her alone. A few days after the attack, her last sibling passed, his body unable to cope with the trauma incurred by this massive bear.
Because of this tragedy, Eddison loathed her even more. He never voiced his disappointment of the bear taking the healthy pups and leaving the runt, but Margaux sensed his disdain. Her mother became over-protective, smothering Margaux to the point of exasperation. Her parents fought constantly over her leaving the den. Eddison argued for her to go, in hopes that she may never return. Faynedal wished to keep her there, lest she ever get hurt. This drove Margaux to running away a short time ago, and now she wishes to live free of rules and her fathers hateful gaze.
