CAMMIE "Maybe someone else will be able to knock you down a few pegs."
The harsh words were ground out between clenched teeth as the Dominor turned his back to her, stalking angrily away from the stinking, filthy place he had deposited Cammie's lithe body. The Maned fae watched his retreat silently for a long moment, lip curling with distate, nose wrinkled as if she had smelled something unpleasant. Hmph. Only days ago, her brother had literally drug her from her home, leaving her with that pathetic excuse for a wolf who had just abadoned her here in this dark, disturbing place. It was certainly no place for a lady. But it's a place for a slave. The moment the thought crossed her mind, Cammie snorted as if the sound could personally chase it away. Slave? What a joke. How dare her mother do this to her? How dare she be left here like cattle for slaughter? She took a long moment to took around, a withering look in her honey eyes as she registered her surroundings. It was obviously some sort of slave trade corral, judging by the the sickly, disgusting wolves that cowered at the feet of wolves who were clearly of higher rank - and much better looking, at that. She glanced back towards the way her previous Dominor had left, eyes instantly registering the grumpy looking wolves who prowled the perimeter of the land, watching for any who dared attempt to escape. Busting out was clearly not an option for Cammie at this point, but neither was being treated like dirt.
Turning away from the borders, disgust clearly etched onto her features, Cammie began to take a step forward when she was suddenly nudged by a large furry body towards a line. The line lead towards a large rock that protruded from the ground, and Cammie briskly assumed that this was where slaves were shown off and claimed.
"Get moving. Don't you know anything?" the pushy wolf snarled, and Cammie made another assumption, this time that this wolf was one of the "guards". She felt like telling him that no, she didn't know anything about this repulsive slave business, and that he could shove his attitude where the sun didn't shine, thank you very much. Keeping her maw firmly shut instead, she shot him her most impressive die look before sauntering off towards the line. Although it was the last thing that Cammie wanted to do, she slowly allowed herself to be pushed towards the rock, panic blooming in the pit of her belly and raging like wild fire with each step that she took. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, it was her turn. Steeling herself just as her father had taught her, she lifted her head high and strutted onto the rock as if it were a catwalk. She heard a few mangled laughs below her, and her pelt burned red underneath her orange fur; the nerve they had to laugh at her! Whispers were exchanged between a few wolves who were obviously Dominors, and all the while, Cammie waited with baited breath and stoney, half-lidded eyes.

The sun was high as the male dragged his paws towards the Auktion Rock. This was his least favorite place in all of Ravensbruck, filled with demeaning wolf's reputation. He marched into the canyon, the scent stinging his nostrils. A snarl ripped out of maw, startling a few males guarding the entrance. Stolz blinked his apology, nodded his head as the wolves recognized who he was. He was the King, and he very rarely visited this place. A path broke out for him to walk down, the way splitting before him. He rolled his eye, shaking his head as they did so. That was a bit overboard. Making it up to the rock, he glanced up at the platform. One wolf caught his eye, a manned wolf with a snarl on her face and darting eyes. "That one, who is she?" he asked a brute beside him, who spat out a laugh. "You won't want her, unless you enjoy breaking your slaves. She's a feisty one," he laughed up at the female, and a growl split his lips. The male backed down, looking confused. "Never laugh at a lady," he spat, then marched up on the rock.
Walking up to the tall wolf, Stolz smiled at her. "Would you like to come with me?" he asked, his eyes shining. "If so, follow me to a more quiet spot. If not, you may stay up here," With a flick of his tail the brute walked to a more secluded spot where they could talk without wolves overhearing them. He wanted to speak to her in private, not where everyone could hear the words leaving his maw. No, this conversation would be had away from the prying eyes of other Dominers. Turning around, he sat on his haunches and curled his tail around his paw. With a shrug of his shoulders he settled into his seat, waiting to see what the female decided.

CAMMIE If I'm going to be claimed by some dirtbag that treats me like trash, the least one of them can do is hurry up and claim me.
Cammie's lips once more curled into a disgusted snarl as she stared down, meeting the hungry, lust-filled eyes that gazed greedily back at her. She could practically see some of them calculating, considering whether or not to take her. Which is why Cammie was quite surprised when a voice sounded from her side on the rock. Half expecting another Sklavin to have strutted onto the rock, she turned with narrowed eyes, only to meet the vivid green orbs of a multi-colored brute. His words drifted into her large ears, and she frowned.
"Would you like to come with me? If so, follow me to a more quiet spot. If not, you may stay up here."
Then, without a backwards glance, he turned and trotted away. Cammie was momentarily stunned, her eyes widening just slightly as she stared after him. She had been expecting some large, domineering brute to call her down from the rock, commanding her to answer his every question, to succumb to his every whim. The last thing she had expected had been for someone to ask if she wanted to go with them. Was that how this whole slave business worked? No, surely not...she had heard horror stories about Dominors before. They were usually cruel, ruthless, and heartless. But the brute who had strolled so casually up to her was definitely not.
Suddenly, as if gaining her wits back, Cammie snapped to life. She strutted down from the rock, moving quickly after the stranger, her towering legs propelling forward easily. She strode towards where he sat, all 50 pounds of long-legs, rolling hips, and blazing eyes coming to a stand still in front of the brute. Narrowed eyes considered him, running up and down the length of his body as she stared silently at him. Then, still frowning, she opened her mouth, words rolling snappily off of her tongue.
"I didn't know that Dominors asked so politely. Or is there something I'm missing here?"
Perhaps she should have toned it down a little, especially since she was facing a wolf who clearly had no intentions of being cruel to her. But, hell, what could she say? She was in a strange place, surrounded by even stranger wolves. She knew nothing about where she was, or even why she was hear. Cammie wasn't used to not being in control. She always got her way, always, and all of a sudden she was in this desolate place against her will. It frustrated her nearly to the point of tears, but there was no chance that she was going to allow this wolf, or any other, to see tears slide down her muzzle.

The male watched as the femme seemed to fight with herself before marching over. As he watched her walk up to her he was surprised at her height, she was almost as tall as her. Stolz only had about two inches on her, and those legs! They would be great for running, but great fro strength as well. His head tilted as he studied her body, wondering just what her strengths were. Was she a better fighter, or a spy? What part could she hold in his pack? Then she reached him, her gaze smoldering as she gazed at him. Stolz smiled gently at her, never before had he seen a wolf of her position with such a fight in her.
"I didn't know that Dominors asked so politely. Or is there something I'm missing here?"
Her tone was harsh, causing the brute's audits to flick. Yes, feisty indeed. "No, you are missing nothing. I am not a common Dominor, I run things rather differently than other Alphas," his voice was gentle, and he lowered it to add on. "I do not believe in having Sklavin, in fact I find the rank despicable. No, Koravelle is a very different place," Stolz paused, allowing the female to take in what he had said. So many things must be going through her head, this was going to be a rather different day for her. Raging emotions flickered past her eyes, Stolz could understand that. This place, this Auktion Rock, was not all sunshine and rainbows.
"My name is Stolz, and I do not own slaves," he repeated, spilling out the word slave as if it were poison. "In my pack you come in and gain a rank according to your skills. We have Freifrau; the pack spy's and the eyes of the pack. They may carry messages to anyone I need them to. They patrol the borders and may check on the other Packs. There are Dame's, who are the pack warriors. They have to be strong and powerful to defend out lands. You may work your way into higher ranks as well. Where do your strengths lay?" he asked, his tail wagging a few times. Then he remembered that he had spoken of checking on the other packs, and his ears stood erect. "Oh! I am the King of Ravensbruck, so we have to check on the others sometimes." He flashed a smile at her, hoping that she wasn't entirely freaked out.

CAMMIE "No, you are missing nothing. I am not a common Dominor, I run things rather differently than other Alphas. I do not believe in having Sklavin, in fact I find the rank despicable. No, Koravelle is a very different place,"
Didn't believe in owning Sklavins..? Well, well, Cam, looks as if the gods have smiled down on you, Cammie thought. A pleased smile flashed across her muzzle as she realized what this truly meant. If this wolf was taking her in like she thought he was, she would no longer be considered a lowly slave. She had known all along, deep down, that the life of a Sklavin was not the life for her. How could a snooty, pretty thing like herself every live the life of a peasant? She couldn't, simple as that. And now, she wouldn't. "Well, you're quite different. Maybe I'll like this..Koravelle, did you say?"
"My name is Stolz, and I do not own slaves," he said, seemingly making sure that his point got across. Cammie nodded curtly. "Crystal clear, Stolz," she replied in her low, sultry voice as she blinked up at him. He went on to explain the ranks of this Koravelle place, asking what Cammie considered her own strengths to be. Huh. She was cunning and sly, much like Freifrau, but for some reason, the title of Dame seemed to be calling her name. Underneath her girly exterior, she was anything but fragile. Cammie was fierce, and she knew it. Proudly she lifted his head, opening her mouth to speak when his next sentence made her freeze.
"Oh! I am the King of Ravensbruck, so we have to check on the others sometimes."
King? For a very brief moment, Cammie felt as if she had made an ass of herself. He was a king? Quickly, however, she recovered. King or not, Stolz needed to know what he was getting into by opening his arms to Cammie. She was no weak fae that trembled and submitted at the paws of males. In fact, Cammie submitted to no one. Deep down she knew that if she accepted this King's offer and went with him to Koravelle, she would have to show at least a sliver of respect to him. That would be dealt with in due time, however. For now she simply blinked her large eyes in acknowledgement before answering his previous question; how rude it would have been to keep the King waiting. "My strengths? Naturally one might think that these lovely legs would suite the job of Freifrau more, but to be honest - and I always am - that doesn't appeal to me very much." Perhaps she was being blunt, for she knew in the end it would be Stolz decision, but she continued on regardless.
"I'm strong. I may not look it, Stolz, but I'm vicious, inside and out. When it comes to defending Koravelle, I think I would do better in that regard. I'm quick, shameless, and ruthless. If I have to take down a threat, I will be efficent and heartless in doing so." There. Let him think what he would of her. Perhaps he would turn her back over to the unforgiving Auktion Rock, but if he did so, fine. She needed to be sure that he could handle every inch of her, because 'tone it down' wasn't in Cammie's vocabulary. She flicked her short tail, giving him a sly look and a slow smile.
"Oh, that's right," she said as if she had forgotten, although she had simply been delaying the process, "call me Cammie."

His heart settled once a bright smile spread across the manned females face. He returned the gesture, his tail thumping on the ground a few times. Good! So she was happy that he had come to ask her to join his pack. He wasn't desperate for members, but he would be lying to say that he didn't need them. He was low in numbers, that was for sure. Stolz needed this femme, and her personality to boot. She was strong, he could tell from her sharp words. She seemed to have no fears, which is just what he needed. "Yes, Koravelle. And I am very pleased to hear that, you are just the kind of wolf I was looking for," he thought of his pack members already, a mix of personalities. That made a stronger pack.
She seemed to be pondering what he had said, just like she thought she might. It was a lot of information, he also liked to talk. So he waited with endless patients. He didn't mind waiting, it was one of his specialties. He watched as she lifted her head with pride, when he very rudely interrupted her with his speech. Her whole body seemed to freeze with his words, and Stolz paused carefully. Did he say something wrong, or did he just startle her? Her recovery was quick, and the brute found himself becoming more and more impressed by this female. She was a thinker, but he saw the muscles bunching under her rusted coat. He knew that she would be a fierce fighter and protector, the perfect Dame. In fact, he could see her at the head of that division, training the younger ones to become just like her. That smile on his face grew even wider as he appraised her form, knowing that his decision was already made. He would see what she had to say, for all his members had a say in these things.
"My strengths? Naturally one might think that these lovely legs would suite the job of Freifrau more, but to be honest - and I always am - that doesn't appeal to me very much. I'm strong. I may not look it, Stolz, but I'm vicious, inside and out. When it comes to defending Koravelle, I think I would do better in that regard. I'm quick, shameless, and ruthless. If I have to take down a threat, I will be efficient and heartless in doing so."
Stolz barked happily, his tail pounding on the compact earth. "You would make the perfect Dame, I could tell that from the very beginning. With your long legs and height, you give out an aura of strength. You have the personality to match," he said with a soft chuckle. "I was thinking that I could see you the head of the Dame division, which is a rank you would have to work your way up to. But I am more than happy to accept you into my ranks. Welcome to Koravelle," The male stood up and walked up to the female, rubbing his cheek against her to mark her with his scent. He also breathed in hers, hard with the scent of the Auktion Rock. Once he found it, he pushed back in time to hear say her name. His ears flicked, taking the name into his memory. "Welcome Cammie. Now, follow me. Its time to get out of this damned place and return home."
Stolz flicked his tail, trotting out of the canyon. As soon as he broke out of the area and into the woods he picked up the pace, breaking into a full out run. He quickly glanced over his shoulder, but he knew that Cammie would easily keep up with her. In fact, he could probably pass her with her speed. But she was his fighter, and a strong one at that. Finally, the were on their way home. Elektra would be pleased to hear that they had added a number to their pack.
