S unlight crested the ridge that led to the open shores. Waves breached the shores in several heavy pitches that often occurred in the morning. A small she-wolf was tucked slightly offshore tucked against a worn beach worn log. Her bodice weaved tightly together to hold in any heat possible. The female's head rested against her hind paws as her eyelids gently flickered against the bright light that crept across the skyline. The she-wolf's snout opened wide as she flapped her maw open and close to accept new air. Slipping her head from her paws, she raised her rump into the air and gave her core and good long stretch. Once complete she allowed a yawn to escape her pale lips before taking a few glance around her hopeful to continue not coming across wolves. The ivory female took several steps toward the water to loosen her limbs from her deep slumber. Above seagulls crowed out their song and soared across the water collecting themselves breakfast. Lividity doubted her abilities to catch a fish so instead she figured she would settle on a light swim. Heavy paws led the she-wolf to the cold waters and for the first few seconds the she-wolf found her teeth a chatter until she settled to the temperature. Pushing one paw after the other she swam in a little circle followed by a larger one with her tail lashing wildly behind her. The cold waters soothed her heavy limbs. It had been days since she had actually settled somewhere to sleep for more than four hours. She felt oddly safe at this beach, yet couldn't explain why. After about ten minutes of mindless swimming and goofing after the seagulls the female finally paddled back to the shore. Giving her bodice a thick shake that resulted in water spraying everywhere, she suddenly looked like a moist cotton ball. Livie shook her head for a moment suddenly feeling uncomfortable. Were there eyes on are? The she-wolf's eyes darted from the left to the right but she felt panic overwhelm her senses making her erratic in her search. WORDS - 350 TAG - open ❤ |

The life of a Dominor was very truly dull. For some it was running a pack, for others it was managing their slaves. He was not like most Dominors. Born to a very inner destructive family who either died or abandoned him so uselessly, and having the weight of alpha-ship on his shoulders after his fathers death at such a young age. He had ran so overwhelmed, abandoning his duties and going free. Wandering the lands at a such a young age towards adulthood. Gathering so much wisdoms and finding his true intentions within himself; finding who he was in himself. From a weak and frail pup to a adult that looked like a large brute. Many mistook him for nothing more then some wild beast merely from his appearance. Sephiroth was nothing like that. His travels took him at the path of a beach. Close to the packs and lands he wished to explore. Truly, he wished to settle down; no longer wandering around seeking wisdom and helping slaves. But he had an inner desire to settle down with his life in a pack he could trust, perhaps find a mate; have pups. Who knows? Large paws hit the ground lightly despite his huge size as the steel gray male made his way with his head slightly lowered in what would considers a threatening manner. Hard packed ground softened gradually as he neared the beach area. The scent of salt water and sea dwelling creatures his his nostrils almost instantly. He paused on a dune of sand and looked out at the sight before him. The ocean was truly a lovely sight. He closed his icy blue eyes and allowed himself to feel the the ocean breeze -that hinted the scent of the ocean- to blow through his thick mane of fur before the distant splashing, unlike the sound of the waves hit his hearing. Curiously he opened his eyes to fid the source of the noise until he saw a figure out in the distance bobbing in the water. At first he thought nothing of it. Maybe just some sea dweller, until the figure emerged back onto the land looking like a half drowned cat making him smile slightly. He watched the light colored wolf from a distance, noticing her sudden nervousness and figured she had caught his scent or something. Instead of going down to meet her Sephiroth just stood on his ledge of sand and waited patiently for her to notice him. Perhaps she would or perhaps she would shake off her unease and move on. S econds passed swiftly until the she-wolf spotted a slight gray blob in the distance with sharp ocean colored eyes intently set upon her features. The female's chocolate gaze sharped on the form and with another good through shake she set off in the direction of the gray figure. Lividity's over-sized paws leaving harsh impressions in the soft sand of her wake as her ivory fur tussled in the cold winter wind. The she-wolf closed the distance in relatively short time but there was no sign of what her demeanor would be as she approached. Snout slackened and eyes devoid of emotion. As she drew near to the gray blob it was revealed that it was a fellow wolf. A male no less by scent. The she-wolf dropped to her rump before the male. Dark chocolate orbs locking onto the male's face with fascination. 'Don't you know it's rude to stare,' the she-wolf muttered between faintly annoyed lips. Within a mere moment her lips fluttered upward in a bright grin as she whacked her tail into the male's side. 'Now, I'm gonna make you feel like a piece of meat in a wolf's den right on back!' Lividity exclaimed followed by whipping her tongue out her mouth to slather the male's ear. This was perhaps not the best method to teaching someone manners, but to hell with it. The female hadn't come across another wolf in nearly a month and why not leave her mark on one or two it wasn't like she'd stay in this region! It was just another chapter in her book. 'I'm Livie by the way, and whom are you creeper wolf?' The female chuckled with a sinister smile as she pawed at his shoulder for a response. WORDS - 300 TAG - @valor ❤ |

He did not turn away not avert his gaze whenever the female found sight of him and began making her way up to him. He blinked with amusement at her statement and tipped her head at her like a gentleman would have. "My apologies. Curiosity I suppose." He replied smoothly before he gave her a playful glare at her whacking. Sephiroth was normally a laid back kind of guy who respected everyone so he didn't really mind her actions; he actually went along with them.he hasn't made contact with another being in awhile either so he was content to let it play out. "I do believe that would be called abuse." He playfully glared at the offended tail that had dared to whack him before he chuckled. Cocking his head slightly as she licked his ear and wrinkled his nose playfully. Eww she-wolf germs!!! Sephiroth chuckled with amusement as he laid a heavy paw on her head weighing it down slightly in retaliation before letting it drop to the ground again. "My name is Sephiroth. A pleasure to meet you Livie." He replied Bowing his head in greeting. If he where human he would probably have bowed like a prince. "Though, I'm curious as to why you're out here. Forgive me, it's none of my business I know. I'm not around from these parts." He replied with a kind smile. He took the moment to study the female in front of him. She was pretty with ivory colored fur and bright chocolate eyes and she seemed to carry herself with grace. Frankly it had been awhile since he had met another wolf due to him always traveling on and such. He wondered if she was just passing through or not. Sephiroth was wanting to settle down somewhere around here. "Pardon my asking but do you know a good place or a pack that would be a good place for me to settle down in?" He asked thoughtfully. Might as well inquire of it. LIVIDITY

T he lithe she-wolf was quite amused by his return of playful mannerisms. It had been quite awhile since she'd encountered another wolf, but much less a respectful male that didn't circle her like a carcass carelessly left out in the open. Lividity's lips tilted upward in a little smile as the tom called her out on 'abuse.' If only, if only. She could be rough but not many had endured her wraith nor her passion. Chocolate eyes swayed to and fro as she took in his questions letting them roll down her ears to her brain. She didn't react quickly because well she preferred the allure of surprise and well wait. Pink lips shifted over themselves before she attempted his name, "Se-r-ee mmm. wait Sephiroth!" The female's lips drew tight in thought for a moment before her ears perched alert on her crown. 'Your name is difficult, but very pretty, your origins must have a much different dialect than my homelands.' The she-wolf found her small head nodding in unison to her words as if to validate her words. The wind was faint but gently ruffled at the wolves with a light tug. The beach was beautiful this early in the morning and the array of colors were disappearing from the skyline to reveal solid blues and yellow with patches of white. Lividity found it hard not to watch the retreat of the colors into the sky and shook her head to get back to her train of thought. Why was she here? To rest of course. Was she from here? No. Did she know anything about these lands? No, she was practically a new-born in this region. Chocolate hues fluttered from the skyline to make eye contact with the male. 'I apologize but I'm just a wanderer therefore I have no idea what these lands bring I've only been here overnight. I can say, however, that its quite beautiful in this region of the world. Wistful even, don't you think?' The she-wolf leapt to her paws and circled the male in excitement, nudging her muzzle into his flank. 'Hey! You know we could possibly travel a bit together maybe I can search with you just in case we run into brutes,' the she-wolf flashed the male a yipped smile before finally halting her skipping. He turned his attention briefly to the view. It was very pretty and peaceful here. He could get used to it. Of course though he would have to settle down eventually. He turned his head over to look at Lividity. He had to cover his laugh with a cough at the look she was giving as she tried to say his name. He knew it was odd and maybe even foreign. But anything sounds foreign to an outsider. "Yes my name is kinda hard to pronounce." He shrugged his broad shoulders. He was used to people not saying it right. "And thank you." He bowed his head again to the compliment. No one had complimented his name before. More or less calling it pretty. "Ah, pity. I was hoping to find someone to help." He frowned at the news of her being a stranger to these lands like himself. He wasnt one to just barge into someone territory but he knew if he was going to find a pack he wanted to resign in he must do something like that. Really anything to get noticed. He was out of focus a moment in his thoughts that he almost missed her next statement. He watched her excited form prancing around making him more amused. Well, I guess it was better to travel with someone then alone. He gave Lividity a small smile and nodded to her suggestion. "That sounds great. More the merrier!" He replied. "If we do find a pack and I decide to stay...will you stay too or are you just in for the adventure?" He asked curiously. I mean he had no right to make her stay; and he never wanted to force anyone. That wasnt the way Sephiroth worked. But it was still nice to know where the young female stood in the situation LIVIDITY

L ividity watched the male in great anticipation and as his lips fluttered to make words, she felt her stomach tighten in unease. She had never accompanied another wolf much less offered herself up to do such. The last wolf she ever touched touched fur with and traveled with was Hirum, her dear brother. Sadness met her heart without warning as she thought of his possible fate, for all she knew, he was dead. Treason against the king couldn't result in anything else. "That sounds great. More the merrier!" Pleasure danced across the female's eyes as he accepted her offer. Lividity went from night to day once he spoke those words. She was overjoyed. The she-wolf wasn't sure what she saw in this male, she had never taken or trusted anyone so quickly like this in her travels. If we do find a pack and I decide to stay...will you stay too or are you just in for the adventure?" Sephiroth's face revealed his curiosity on the matter, but he did deserve the right to know where she stood down the line. Lividity's limbs numbed at the thought of finding a home again but she knew it was unlikely and nothing in her old home would be promising. Heaving in a large breath the she-wolf nodded her slim muzzle. 'Mm, well, I guess you have a right to know, Serhiroth, I can't answer that question currently.' Abashed, the silver she-wolf found herself slumping her stomach into the sand and her limbs pooling into her core. 'I don't know what this region is like, what is here, and what wolves are like here. There could be everything for me, or the latter of nothing. There are some situations I wouldn't like to endure. I hope you can understand.' A loud grumble sounded from her belly, and the female rolled onto her side in embarrassment. A slight chuckle lifting her lips back upward. WORDS - 334 TAG - @valor ❤ |

His keen blue eyes watched the pale she-wolf in front of him. There was something off about her. He could tell she didn't know what to expect from him as an answer but his reply seemed to please her when she was practically bouncing on her feet. He couldn't help but smile at her happy reaction. Sephiroth thrived not only to free slaves but to make people happy. So even if it meant a small smile or an act of kindness. Just seeing someone; or in this case Lividity so happy made him happy to. He noticed her dark look in her eye and wanted to talk about it but despised that he wouldn't be too great of an idea to pry. Considering g they just met. I mean Sephiroth IS a gentleman. He frowned when she said she didn't want to talk about something. He wanted to know everything and anything about her. I mean, they will be traveling together for who knows how long. It's be strange and straining to have a stranger with you and not get to know them. He wondered what kind of demons she was running from to make her look so...sad. Shaking his head mentally the brute lowered his head as she flopped on the ground. An amused look on his face. He crouched in front of her with their noses only inches apart as he studied her. Running her words through his head and trying to find a good reply to answer her with. nodding Sephiroth gave her a reassuring smile. "Don't worry. I'll respect your boundaries. And you're welcome to stay with me as long as you'd like. It's been awhile since I last spoke with a wolf so it's be nice for the company. But I won't force you into staying forever." He chuckled warmly. his smile only grew as a grumble sounded in the air between them and he noticed her emberessement. He laughed softly. "Hungry are you?" He stated before rising to his feet. "Come on. We can go hunt together. I'm feeling a bit pecking myself. How does Fish sound?" He asked. of course he could always look for something else to hunt for her if she didn't like fish. But he had to ask regardless. Keahi

I t was a strange feeling to be so comfortable and at ease around a fellow wolf again. The she-wolf had been on the run for almost a year if not more at this point. She had seen so many amazing things but there was always an equally darker side to every territory she came across. For almost every welcoming tribe or pack that welcomed her there was a dictator pack that pulled the strings and made outlandish commands of those kinder. She had once lived within such a pack that looked down on their fellows with little to no remorse. Yet, whenever she found a wolf that made her happy and trusting she also felt the sting of distrust and concern for the outcome of the situation. Lividity had tried her best to put her home behind her as requested by those she loved most, but it was hard. Every night she would replay that scene both before sleep and during sleep. It was a constant battle to remain sane, to find something to smile and laugh about. Deep down she knew, however, that those she loved were more than likely dead and here she stood laughing, smiling, and worst of all - Living. She had barely processed his words about his comfortably with traveling with her despite the lack of knowledge shared, when he rose rather swiftly to his paws. Hungry? Yes. She was quite hungry, it had been nearly three days since her last meal of a lanky old rabbit with little meat to spare. The creature would have been better served as a pick for one's teeth. "Come on. We can go hunt together. I'm feeling a bit pecking myself. How does Fish sound?" Fish? Like the things that swam in water? Big chocolate eyes seemed to expand with curiosity at the suggestion of this food source. Waggling her paws against the empty air in an idle attempt to magically stand the female stared at the steely colored male with the most puzzled of faces. 'Fish?' She murmured back at him like a bird perplexed by the concept. With a flip, and a flop, the she-wolf was finally standing on all fours again but her confusion didn't fade as she glanced at her new found companion awaiting answers. 'Are you trying to tell me that you can actually catch fish? I know a few wolves claimed to be able but they were poor performers and frankly failed liars.' Lividity's gaze bore into his dazzling eyes as if ready to dare him claim, but a faint crunch of wood caught her attention drawing her gaze away momentarily. 'Mmm, well, let's see this talent of yours, because I might have to stuff my whole paw in my mouth if you can catch me a fish,' the she-wolf teased in sly amusement as she paced to and fro. Transfixed on the idea of a silvery bodice caught between her fierce jowls. She had always wondered what the slippery creatures tasted like. WORDS - 502 TAG - @valor ❤ |
