IDA
"Lyrics that fit your character go here..."
this is me in the flesh,
NAME: Ida
NICKNAME(S): None, though if it's a respectable one she might not stare you down.
PRONUNCIATION: EE-dah
POSITION: Dominor
taste the sky,
AGE: Three Years
GENDER: Female
BREED: Himalayan Wolf x Timber Wolf
HEIGHT: 27"
APPEARANCE: A light specimen wrapped in a soft coat of cream, red and grey. Her legs, stomach, and head are a creamy beige color whilst her ears are tipped in red and her tail tipped in black. The top of her neck sweeps down across her upper half and most of her tail in a few shades of grey with small amount of black. Nose is black and watchful eyes a vibrant shade of light grey with just a hint of blue in them. Her body is slender in build with long limbs that carry a lean form. It is clear she is not built for fighting or stamina, but for speed. One will usually find her ambling with a casual yet elegant gate. She carries herself in a way that suggests she's very sure of herself and who she is.
thoughts that make me go insane,
PERSONALITY: Calm and collected but never to be underestimated, Ida possess a presence that exudes confidence and fortitude. Some might say she seems absorbed in herself and this might, to a limited extent, be true. But Ida also does not go around flaunting who or what she is. She does not think herself more beautiful or worthy, but does think she harbors more self control and smarts than some. She is naturally poised, though her head is as quick as a rushing river. She presents herself with grace and dignity among her peers, always watching and observing them as she does so. It is hard to slip something past her perceptive gaze and her loyalty is not easy to gain but is easy to lose. She is not prone to great violence herself, but is quick to judge any that dare step on her paws. Yet instead of biting into whomever has wronged her she instead prefers to use words and tact as her weapons. One could say she is unforgiving and ruthless in her own way, though has a distaste for the exceedingly arrogant or violence without cause. If an individual can yank her from her stoic wall they might find she harbors much frustration yet also an incredible kindness to those who earn it and deserve it.
all over my shoulder,
FATHER: Koldan
MOTHER: Elyse
SIBLINGS: Ina (f)
HISTORY: Ida does not hail from a pack of any significance nor does she possess a grand history. Born to a mated pair along with her twin Ina, Ida was raised in the confines of a small den somewhere in the far northwestern regions. The weather was harsh and the hunger even harsher on such young pups, born in the wintery seasons. It was always cold and a full belly was a rare thing. It was a miracle in itself that she and her sister survived at all, let alone both reaching their first year. Unfortunately, the small family's luck ran out when their mother disappeared whilst out for an early hunt. They never did find her body. Sometimes Ida wonders if she'd abandoned them for a better life.
The disappearance came as somewhat of a reminder of the brutal realities of life and turned even worse given the fact that their father had always been a bit of an arrogant fool and was not suited to raising yearlings on the right path. Ida hated the brute with a fiery passion, though in her hate she learned a great deal about patience and retaining composure because it was the exact opposite of his vicious nature. She did not want to be him or any semblance of him, defying his words and his outrageous commands and comments with lofted ears and a head held high. Naturally, he did not find his daughter's behavior amusing. He chased her from their small area, teeth snapping at her heels for longer than she cares to remember.
Ida's been on her own since then, unsure of what happened to her father after her banishment or the fate of her sister. Ina had always been a timid creature, shadowing her twin wherever she went. Somehow, this comforted Ida in the idea that maybe she remained in their father's good graces. She's been wandering for two years, though even an unknown birthed from the loins of the wilderness itself can possess lofty ambitions. Ida has no intention of letting her humble beginnings stand in her way.
