Dresna Despite the way the sun hovered high above Irrsin, there was a cool breeze, rustling the leaves on the saplings that had begun to sprout and rippling through the newly growing grass. Dresna trotted leisurely through the meadow, returning from her early morning patrol. She hadn't found anything unusual, which had lifted her spirits. Things seemed to be looking up for Irrsin, and the she-wolf couldn't have been happier about it. While both of her siblings were still missing, she at least had solace in the knowledge that Marzell was alive and well, if not more spiteful of her than ever. Adelina, however...she tried very hard not to think about Adelina. Instead, she thought about Violet. She hadn't gotten to spend as much time with her new sklavin as she would have liked, but with the whole day stretching ahead of her, Dresna intended to take the opportunity provided. Swiveling her ears, she altered her direction towards the dens, picking up her speed until she was practically sprinting. The burning in her muscles and the wind against her fur felt good, and although she would have loved to continue on her little run, she came skidding to a halt in front of the dens instead. The carved out cave where the sklavins slept was to her right, familiar from her puppy days when she had frequently visited Calliope and Matrid. The knowledge that they still had not returned made her gut twist. So many had been lost during the fire, but what was important now was focusing on growth. Steeling herself and lifting her head proudly she trotted forward, poking her nose into the den. The familiar smells of her pack members flooded her nose as slowly her eyes adjusted to the dimness. She searched for Violet's form, calling a soft but firm greeting into the depths. "Violet? Time to get up."The night before, Dresna had tried to decide what she would address first. She could show her which areas to patrol, as well as which areas to check closely, or she could instruct her about the surrounding packs. Or both. There was so much to go over, so much to do, but Dresna was determined to make Kasimira proud. Puffing her chest out just slightly, she cleared her throat, calling a little louder. "Quickly. We have a lot to do."[/blockquote]

Light blue eyes wandered the shadow's of the caves as the owner's mind wandered in thought. The young she-wolf was captured in her imagination as she began to design a world using her surroundings. Violet's head rested comfortably on her dainty paws away from the entrance as darkness soon swirled into shapes, given features, personalities, and names. One a sick alpha, another would be a warrior, the other would be a greedy brother, a quiet heir, and a chaotic, crumbling pack. Her eyes shifted as she began to create their den and surrounding territory. Trees sprouted from mounds of dirt, rivers between stone, and a neighboring long leg spider stood for the wild life.
Her nose twitched in irritation as she tried to imagine another pack to be the enemy of hers; but soon gave up. She would have to deal with the one she currently had. Soon the story began, slowly unfolding like a flower searching for sunlight. With a flick of her tail the Alpha passed, leaving a distraught heir, and the playing field wide open for the brother. Days soon turned into months in the character's lives, and she couldn't help but attach her own emotions to them. Anger at the brother for greed, passion for the heir's lover, sadness for the heir and the weight she had to bear, and a longing for her own family.
Large smoke-black ears perked in excitement as the final battle began between the heir and her brother. Snarls and teeth snapping at each other's throats, while rain poured around them. Their paw steps drummed the earth as they rolled away, or at each other. One wanting to kill, the other wanting to only exile. Her heart beat faster as the pace quickened, her eyes shifting rapidly as she tried to keep up;
"Violet? Time to get up."
At the sound of a voice slowly becoming familiar to her the world was quickly destroyed; the character's consumed by the shadows once more. Violet sighed to herself, trying to fight the urge of irritation. Standing up she stretched in order to relax her tight muscles. Is it morning already? Did I not sleep? Sunlight lapped at the entrance to the den which soon settled her questions. She licked at her fur quickly, trying to clean herself from the clinging dirt, not wanting to disappoint her new "master." Emotion swirled through Vi at the word master, almost wanting to cringe. Such a strong word that now meant everything to the new Sklavin.
"Quickly. We have a lot to do."
Satisfied that she was clean as she was going to get she padded towards Dresna. The Alpha's daughter. The one she belonged to. As she drew close, Violet slunk to the floor, allowing her belly fur to brush the dirt. She wasn't entirely sure of what was expected, but showing inferiority was a given.
