she can't see the landscape anymore. its all painted in her grief. all of her history etched out at her feet.

taste the sky,
AGE: Three years old

HEIGHT: 26 Inches.
APPEARANCE: Aesis has always seen herself as nothing to write home about. On the tiny side for her breed, she is by no means dainty in comparison to a red wolf, however, small. What she lacks in height, she also lacks in width, Aesis is not bulky with muscles as you would so assume, rather, she is often frail looking, on the side of thin, breakable, a breeze could push her over. Her physic is one of lacking, pushed to the brink of starvation, she is on the recovery, but yet she remains a sad example of anything. Encasing this thin body is a rich coat of silvers and greys, her most notable and "beautiful" feature, notes of white touch her and there, making her almost look ghostly, a standout in the world of browns and greens around her. Despite the lack of nutrition in her past, Aesis's coat shines, illuminating the world around her on the sunny days. Rich chocolate eyes accompany this off color, a startling sight to those who approach, such darkness atop of such a light coat. A notable scar runs along the length of her lower jaw, just under the line of the jowels and it continues to slither along her cheek until it hits the edge of her throat where it fades away.

PERSONALITY: facade; deception
These two words are the essence of Aesis. She truly hides well who she truly is, lost deep within the concious of her mind is another wolf, a wolf within a sheep's disguise.
Upon meeting Aesis and for most of your interactions with her, she is a soft spoken, and a woman of very few words. A piercing, icy cold sing song voices catches those ears that hear when she speaks, bitter and sad. She is wise though, and rarely shares the reasons behind her silence, choosing otherwise to keep deep within herself. She greets and interacts with all the same, with respect that she does not have, she will answer when spoken to, and she do so with etiquette, but do not expect a life-long to erupt from her, rather, expect short, yet sophisticated answers.
Truly, Aesis would like the rest of the world to think she is but a robotic, apathetic creature, with little emotion. She rarely smiles, she rarely laughs and even anger and fear allude her outer self. A safety cushion, if she doesn't have emotions, she never becomes emotionally involved and she never gets hurt, she is also safe from the monsters that creep around in the minds of those who own her. Her one true defensive trait against the masters that would bind her to themselves rather than grant her freedom.
Despite this though, there is truly something beneath, a flower awaiting to blossom to the world. Had she been born free, Aesis would be that of flowing wisdom and happiness, quiet still, but a different, peaceful sort of joy. A fire would brew beneath those lifeless eyes, of mischief and happiness. Although, Aesis no longer knows this wolf, long ago suffocated by who she is today.

HISTORY: Aesis was born to a pretty typical story, a slave wolf impregnanted by her holder, in a pretty normal pack and upon birth Aesis out of the tiny litter of three was the only to survive. Thrown to the pack nurse maids, she was raised not knowing her origins or family, raised to be respectful and quiet, and was given the reality as a pup that she would never be free, someday she would be owned, and she would behave as a slave accordingly. Despite this, she grew up happy, and healthy, and when she came of age, she was offered to a younger dominor who treated her kindly and pack life was easy, Aesis knew her place and her jobs, she socialized with the other slaves and while simple, she was happy. Aesis began to grow affectionate for her dominor, and a romance sparked between them.
Just before she turned three, Aesis's neighbouring pack attacked and slaughtered the small pack for hunting grounds rights, choosing to steal what was left alive of the slaves. During the battles, the skin on Aesis's lower jaw was torn off and she collasped in a pool of her own blood, she was left to die. With what energy she had, she was able to escape and keep herself hidden and she fed upon small birds and rodents to keep herself alive while she healed. Losing all her muscle tone and body mass, Aesis became a wilted flower, and upon the horror of losing her entire life, she locked away what was left of herself inside and she was taken by the Guards of Auktion rock.
